What we collect when you ask for a quote, what we do with it, and how to get it deleted. Written in plain English rather than lifted off a template.
Last updated October 2026.
MK Concrete Coatings, a concrete floor coating contractor based in Plainfield, Illinois. You can reach us at (815) 585-1750. This policy covers mkconcretecoatings.com and the quote forms on it.
Only what you type into a quote form. That is your name, your phone number, your town or ZIP, which service you are asking about, and whatever you write in the details box. Nothing else.
We do not ask for your email address, your street address, your date of birth or any payment information through this website. If a page ever asks you for a credit card number, it is not us.
To get back to you about your floor and to quote the work. That is the whole purpose. We will call or text you about your request, and if you tell us to stop, we stop.
When you submit a quote form you consent to receive phone calls and text messages from us about your quote and your project. Message frequency varies with your activity. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text from us, and replying HELP will get you help. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply.
We do not send marketing blasts, drip campaigns or automated promotional texts to people who asked for a quote. If you opt out we stop, and we do not quietly start again months later.
Three services, and only in order to run the website:
Each of these has its own privacy policy and handles data under its own terms. We do not give any of them permission to use your information for their own marketing.
Quote requests stay in our records as long as we might reasonably need them for the job, the warranty on your floor, and our own tax and business records. If you never become a customer, ask and we will delete your request.
Call or text (815) 585-1750 and tell us. You do not need to give a reason and we will not try to talk you out of it. We will confirm when it is done.
This site is for people hiring a contractor. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
The site is served over HTTPS and the forms submit over an encrypted connection. No website can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise, but we do not store your information on this website and we keep it to the minimum we actually need.
If we add anything that changes how information is handled, such as analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page and change the date at the top before turning it on.
Call or text (815) 585-1750. A person will answer.
Tell us the room, the rough size and your town. You get a written price, not a two-hour pitch. Fastest way is to text a photo of the floor to (815) 585-1750.
