Garage Floor Coatings
The floor that makes the whole garage look finished. Full flake broadcast, your color, sealed under a polyaspartic top coat.
A sealed, seamless basement floor that cleans up with a mop and will not trap moisture or smell.
Basement slabs are usually the worst concrete in the house: poured fast, never sealed, cold, and holding moisture from every direction. Carpet over that is how you end up with a smell you cannot find. A coated basement floor is sealed, seamless and mops clean, and it does not care about a water heater that lets go at two in the morning.
We test the slab before we quote a basement. If moisture is coming through heavily, a coating alone is the wrong answer and we will tell you so rather than sell you a floor that fails. Where the slab is sound, the vapor barrier build handles normal basement moisture without lifting.
Full flake reads like a commercial floor and hides everything. A solid color with a clear top coat reads cleaner and more modern. Metallic finishes are available for living space where the floor is meant to be the feature.
We measure, you get a written price, we go.
The floor that makes the whole garage look finished. Full flake broadcast, your color, sealed under a polyaspartic top coat.
Concrete overlays and anti-slip coatings that take sun, freeze and pool chemicals without flaking.
Heavy-duty coatings for working floors: forklifts, jack stands, hot tires, dropped tools and daily chemicals.
Diamond grinding, old coating removal, crack and popout repair. The part nobody sees that decides whether a floor lasts.
Every town we cover has its own page for this service.
We measure, look hard at your concrete and walk you through exactly what the floor will be. You pick your flake blend from cured samples. You leave with a written price.
We mechanically grind the slab to open the concrete so the coating can bond into it, then fill cracks, joints and popouts. No acid etching and no shortcuts. This step decides whether the floor lasts.
The moisture vapor barrier goes down first. Flake is broadcast into it wet to full refusal, then scraped flat once it sets and locked in under a polyaspartic top coat.
Stay off it for 24 hours and keep vehicles off for 72. We give you the exact times for your floor before we leave, plus the warranty in writing.
Basements are priced by the square foot of floor you want coated, the same way a garage is, but the ranges on our pricing page are garage sizes and will not map onto your basement.
Send us the rough dimensions and a couple of photos and we will get you a number.
Most residential floors are a one visit install, and we are on site for the day. The floor is not finished when we pull out though. It needs to cure: 24 hours before you walk on it and 72 hours before you park on it.
No. Those kits are a thin epoxy rolled over acid-etched concrete. There is no vapor barrier and no mechanical profile, which is why they lift under hot tires inside a couple of summers. We diamond grind, build the vapor barrier in and finish with polyaspartic.
The way you get a floor truly finished in a day is to skip the moisture vapor barrier and roll polyaspartic straight onto the slab. That is the floor that peels. We install the full build and the trade-off is cure time, not quality.
The floor has to be clear for us to work. Tell us what is in there when you ask for the quote and we will sort out moving or hauling it with you.
Yes. Basements, utility rooms, patios, pool decks, shops and warehouses all get coated on systems built for that surface. Outdoor concrete gets a textured anti-slip finish.
Two reasons, almost always. Their slab was in better shape, so there was less grinding and crack repair before we could start. Or they picked a standard flake blend and you picked a premium one. Same crew, same build, different hours and different material.
Tell us the room, the rough size and your town. You get a written price, not a two-hour pitch. Fastest way is to text a photo of the floor to (815) 585-1750.
